The USC Annenberg Digital Lounge is hiring Media Support Specialists to join our team!

What’s the Job

  • Welcome students to our space
  • Facilitate the printing area
  • Answer technical questions about programs like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, WordPress, and so on
  • Provide web, video, audio, design, and/or coding expertise
  • Produce screencasts and step-by-step tutorials
  • Help create video packages, flyers, and promotional materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and WordPress
  • Customer service skills for interacting with students, faculty, and staff
  • Impeccable music taste to (quietly) DJ the helpdesk
  • Coding experience is a bonus!
  • Available to work during the evenings
