The Code a Website Series at the Annenberg Digital Lounge walks through the very basics of web development, using HTML and CSS. After completing the workshop series, you’ll have your very own website built completely from scratch!

Part 1: HTML

The first of three parts, the HTML workshop provides an easy introduction into HTML, the coding language used to add content and structure to your website.

Part 2: CSS

The second of three parts, the CSS workshop introduces how to style a website using code, including the fonts, colors, and layout of the site.

Part 3: Advanced Styling

The final of three parts, the Advanced Styling workshop expands upon the basic knowledge of CSS gained in the second workshop and introduces how to design a website for multiple screens.
