How to Sign Up

Registration is now open and students can sign up online by scanning the QR code in the image above or following the link to our registration form.

Our Policies

  1. You must be a current Annenberg student (major, minor, or taking an Annenberg course this semester).
  2. You can only take one (1) course each semester.
  3. By signing up for a course, you agree to attend all sessions. We want to make sure that all available spots go to students who intend to complete the course.

Auditing

Students may not audit certification courses at this time.

Hardware Requirements

To participate in an Adobe Certification course, students must have a laptop capable of running the last Adobe Creative Cloud software. To confirm your laptop works with the software, please review the Annenberg Laptop, Software, and Other Required Equipment Policies.

Software Requirements

Certification courses teach the latest versions of Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce applications. All active Annenberg students, including non-Annenberg majors enrolled in Annenberg courses, are eligible to receive access to Creative Cloud.

Annenberg students who have not yet received an Adobe Creative Cloud invitation can request one by contacting the Digital Lounge.

Attendance

Class size is limited and we want to ensure that seats go to students who intend to complete the course and earn their certification.

By registering for a certification course, students agree to attend all class sessions. Recordings of each session are posted on Brightspace for students who are unable to attend live.

Should an issue arise that causes an extend absence or prevents taking the exam, it is the student’s responsibility to contact the Digital Lounge.

No communication will result in being dropped from the course.

Course Withdrawal and Transfer

Students must notify the Digital Lounge of their intent to withdraw from a course.

After registering, students may transfer to a different certification course before the first class session, provided there is an open seat in the desired class.

Non-Discrimination Policy

The University of Southern California (USC) is committed to complying with all applicable laws and governmental regulations at every level of government which prohibit discrimination against, or which mandate that special consideration be given to, students, faculty, or staff on the basis of any protected category, including race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, mental disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic which may be specified in such laws and regulations.
